With 20-plus years of experience as an entrepreneur and franchise owner, I confidently bring that expertise to my consulting practice. It all started in 1993 with the acquisition of a single franchise location. After 11 years of multiple unit expansions, I managed every aspect of the business just shy of actually cutting hair myself. I then started offering my insights and advice to new business owners, matching them with the right concept in order to avoid costly mistakes.
I work with entrepreneurs to help them take the leap into a business opportunity suited to their talents and interests. Relying upon counseling and mediation skills, I create a personalized, consultative method to identify the right fit for both franchisor and franchisee. My goal is to determine the specific strengths and skill sets each prospective owner brings forth, and plug that into proven concepts with gold-standard leadership.
Success for the franchise company is in signing the right network of owners, because they are "only as strong as their weakest link;" and success for the franchisee is in aligning with a world-class leader who provides outstanding guidance and support for meticulous execution of a proven product or service.
