Verkhoglaz explains the experiences that helped form his personal leadership philosophy:
We have always stressed the importance of being honest in all areas of our business. This means never cutting corners and being forthright to everyone we work with. We are part of a crowded industry and have learned that the best way to stick out from the crowd is to set high standards and aim to exceed them every time.
The idea to open Executive Care stemmed from an experience my wife, Mila Feldman, and I had while taking care of an elderly neighbor in need. We were overcome with desire to help other people who needed assistance, support and companionship. We both had successful careers in the corporate sector and knew we had the skills and passion necessary to journey into entrepreneurship.
We both come from families that constantly encouraged perseverance, education and honest. Now, we are able to provide the same sort of leadership to our corporate team and all of our franchise partners. We take great joy in welcoming new entrepreneurs into our family and providing them with the skills, resources and guidance they need to succeed.
