Use the same device for work and play. Work profiles separate your work data from your personal stuff, so you can keep using the same device without worrying about mixing the two environments or compromising security. This sandboxing feature isolates and protects work apps and files using Android 5.0 Lollipop's default encryption technology, enhanced SELinux security and multi-user support.
Google Play for Work
Use Google Play for Work to securely distribute and manage apps in your organization from a central hub. Users must be running Android for Work to deploy apps from Google Play for Work.
Stay productive with Android for Work's built-in business tools. These include apps for email, contacts and calendar. These apps also offer support for document, spreadsheet and presentation editing, as well as Exchange and Notes files.

If your Android device doesn't currently run on Lollipop, Android for Work can still work for you using the Android for Work app. The app is supported by devices running any version of Android, from Ice Cream Sandwich to Kitkat. Get the app at the Google Play Store.
