When it comes to customer service, several online retailers are leading the way. According to the National Retail Federation Foundation, the research and education arm of the National Retail Federation (NRF), Amazon.com, Overstock.com, Zappos have some of the best customer service in the industry.
Among traditional retailers, JC Penney, Kohl's and Nordstrom make the list.
The order of the customer service ranking won't be revealed until January, but the complete list is already available. It includes, in alphabetical order:
* Kohl’s Department Stores
* Lands’ End
The NRF Foundation/American Express surveyed 9,291 shoppers which retailer provides the best customer service, was conducted by BIGresearch.
