"Tourists were taking photos of him as if it were some type of stunt. Even with our own morbid sense of humor, we would never pull a stunt like that." -- "Dr." Jon Basso, owner of Las Vegas' Heart Attack Grill, speaking to Fox5 Las Vegas about one of his restaurant's patrons who suffered a heart attack  while eating one of the restaurant's "triple bypass burgers."

Basso was responding to accusations that the patron's heart attack had been staged as a way to increase exposure for his restaurant, which features "Double Bypass" and "Triple Bypass" burgers on the menu and waitresses that dress like nurses.
